Refund and Returns Policy

Purchases

The security of personal data is our absolute priority. Marwear™ guarantees the protection and proper use of information for every transaction. When making a purchase, you can choose from various payment options:

In case of a return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method selected for the purchase.

Shipping

Shipments are made throughout Italy, except for Livigno and Trepalle, at a cost of €6.20, with express delivery expected within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays). Delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can check the delivery times in the dedicated section on the website www.poste.it.
For islands, remote areas, and hard-to-reach places, the shipping cost may vary, and delivery times may be delayed. We offer the possibility to track the shipment and modify delivery details (date, address, delivery to a neighbor, or pick-up at the post office) at any time.
Delivery can be made, upon customer request, to:
The recipient’s home (Home delivery and/or at Collect Point Da Te);

  • A Post Office;
  • A Collect Point network point (Collect Point, Locker).

The list of Post Offices and Collect Point points enabled for the service is available on the website www.poste.it.
In the case of home delivery, two delivery attempts will be made at the indicated address, from Monday to Friday. If delivered to a post office, the holding period is 7 business days, starting the day after the shipment arrives at the post office.

Returns

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty for factory defects at the time of delivery. Damages due to improper use, inadequate maintenance, improper washing, or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
In line with European regulations, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is intact, with all tags and hygiene seals in place. Please return the product in its original packaging if possible.
Place the product back in its original packaging and seal it properly. Take the return package to an authorized Post Office or a Collect Point (the list is published on the website www.poste.it) or book a home pick-up through the toll-free number 800.33.66.22.
If there are multiple items, they must be combined into a single package before returning.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is free.
